Hello!
Since it is my first build log a few words of introduction:
I used to build models when I was in school. A long time passed and I'm returning to hobby. For last two years I'm returning. I started around six builds but finished none. This time will be diffrent!
I happened to win this outstanding model in giveaway on Armorama Facebook profile.
I'm not normally very fond of German tanks but Tasca kit is so lovely I couldn't resist starting the build immediately after I received package.
The lower hull consist of multiple parts and I was afraid it will be hard to align them properly. Fortunately this is not the case. Quite the opposite! So far kit goes together as a dream. To ensure ideal parallelism of hull sides I added two rods cut from sprue.
And left side suspension dry fitted.

Sorry for a long pause. I was little ill last week. There is some progress but I will try to take some good photos tommorow.
Only one word of warning. I somehow managed to mount the rear hull plate 0,5mm too high. I'm not sure how the kit with it's excellent fit let mi do that but it did! It is not striking visually but rear fender supports ended too high and I had too cut locating pins on rear hook assembly and fill the holes to fit it properly.
And some appetizer:
