Not bad. The pakhol is an odd choice - more SF than Dyncorp for sure. Would well very well for a Cat III terp. Could that be a front grip he's holding that attaches underneath the handguard. Can you try it and see?

Hi Robert,
Sorry, in my haste, I did not take a photo of the box cover. I will need to do that and upload it.
But here is the box art.
http://corsarrex.com/category/hcl/hcl-135/cr35071
It's not the front grip as the box art shows. And he's not "thumbs up" either. It doesn't look like a cigarette because it's not painted white and he's clutching it, not between two fingers. I thought he was eating something...what I've no idea. The right hand forms a fist around something the length of the fist.
I guess the best approach would be to ask Menelay. I'll see if I could find him on another forum and ask him.

A cigarette lighter perhaps?
Pete, great review. I like your writing style, you have covered everything about this figure. The only thing I would suggest for future 1/35 scale figure reviews would be to build the figure and show it assembled as well. Figures with so few parts are not difficult to assemble and the end result is well worth it in the review...

Looks like a two-way radio to me...

Modern figures are not really my thing, but I still have to admire the sculpt. Really nice ... very sharp details.

Thanks, Mario! So true...yes, I should have built it first.
I didn't build it yet because I am wondering what head or weapon to mount on this figure if I decide not to go the OOTB route.

Pete, that looks more like a Glock 17 in the holster than an M9. It would also be more in keeping with this guy as a contractor rather than a USSF guy.

Thanks, Robert. You may be correct. I'll see if I could submit a correction.
