Useful photo, but I beleive that for a ww2 gun those handwheels should be painted green with the paint worn off of the edges, and the breech would be 'oily steel' and not usually painted. The layers seat ( painted brown? in the pic ) should also be green as per the main colour.

You may also find some useful photos here AFV Interiors/ Sexton . The training/elevation wheel arangement may? differ slightly from the field mount but could be helpful for the sights and breech.
