I agree, the fun has ended too early. We need a new controversy...

Good to see this beast coming (soon? ).
But, to make an extra attractive combination, I am wondering how it was transported, since the normal US trailers seem to be very high in my opinion?
Anybody a suggestion?

Hi Karoly,

Thanks for the link.
Seen that combination in Afghanistan. Overthere, legal and technical road limitations differ from western world ( no news, I guess ) , so, overload and oversize is not too often a problem. But how is it done in the US? The height of this combination seems too high for many viaducts......................

The cab is like a module that you can remove without much difficulty, for them, not for us of course. At least I saw a pic of a D11R without it's cab and on a trailer last night. Should be the same for the D9R. Then again, it's only a guess. I've been wrong before and I'm sure it'll happen again. Specially when you take morphine daily (legalz of courze)

I think I will attempt to scratch build the slat armor, that some versions have. I have several photos. Does anybody know if there are line drawings that cover this?
