They're looking for Arnhem bridge, but the armed civilian and phone both plus letter box makes it look like they are still in England.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Those are three British soldiers talking to a civilian somewhere in England. The civilian is a hunter...notice what looks like a rabbit hanging from that bag?
I'd say the soldiers are out on training and they're lost...

With a map, a compass, and being supposedly in England? Not to mention that one is an officer. Highly unlikely.

According to MasterBox, they're supposed to be in Arnheim :
"World War II, Operation Market Garden, 1944. Set includes 3 British Paratroopers and a Resistance fighter".....

looks very much like the training exercise in ep 1 of band of brothers (ok so that is TV and this is box art)... if it wasnt meant to be Arnhem then it would be fine - if it wasnt for the phone box it could be fine.

I've seen officers with maps and compasses get lost before they leave the barracks

I knew a couple of Ensigns who couldn't find their way out of the barracks with an evac map!

Semantics. Figurewise they could be on Overlord,Market Garden or Varsity. Box art? Quite obviously on exercise in England. Retired Yank,I served in the British infantry for 4 years and only came across one officer who could actually read a map proficently. Officers and maps are a dangerous combination
