Revell 1/72 had one on a half-track KfZ 7, or 8. That's about all I can remember.

More options :
I suspect the one included in Italeri set is the old ESCI one...
I guess any of these kits would be improved with AM gun barrels like those released by Aber :

If you are willing to invest a fair amount of money you can get the Armo resin kit.

It even has metal barrels.

Hi,
I have the Armo model and can say it is a nicely detailed gun, but will need a lot of care as some of the parts are very delicate, it comes with four metal barrels as well. The new Revell SdKfz 7/1 has a finely detailed gun as well.
All the best,
Paul

That Armo kit certainly looks impressive, and probably impossible to find in North America

From what I've read the Military Wheels gun is quite good but their offerings are limited (short) run and the quality degrades as the mould is used. If you check Henk of Holland, he notes this at the top of the MW page.
I'd forget about the Italeri (ESCI) offering as it's not very good. Soft details, certain parts are overly thick and worst of all, the gun barrels are positively HUGE! They're more the size of a 50mm gun.
Fugimi made a very nice model but alas it might be hard to find and is 1/76.
Jadar in Poland carries the Armo offering and they are currently in stock. You can view about it at the Armo 2cm Flakvierling 38 link. The problem with it is that it's $18.06 and the shipping might be half the price of the kit or more. The site also warns that shipping time to North America could take up to 3 months!

Attack Models do a resin kit of the 3cm Flakvierling, and Mark Twain Hobby Centre of Missouri have it in stock with free postage...
The bad news? The free shipping is because you're spending over $25, as the kit is $48.98. A $100 on two 1/72 FlakVs - it just doesn't bear thinking about.
Actually the photo suggest there might be a sale on:
