I'm currently building Tamiya's mid production Tiger I and need help identifying a part. There's a square block that sits on top of the hull in the front that's just off center on the radio operator's side. The instructions call for it to be painted red brown. I'm just curious to find out what this object is. Can someone please help identify it?

It should be the Jack Block.. Tamiya doesn't do too good of a job replicating wood so it is hard to make out.
