Both of these were announced after Legend produced their resin MaxxPro... Here are the news posted on Armorama quite some time ago:
Riich MRAP, December 2011
Kinetic MRAP, February 2013
Unfortunately, Riich MaxxPro seems miles away from actually being produced, while Kinetic is still due late 2013. IIRC, Raymond from Kinetic said on these forums MaxxPro will be out this year.

Sorry, I hadn't seen the previous Kinetic MaxxPro announcement and had given up on a Riich one...
I really do like the range of vehicles Kinetic are doing these days! Hope they keep up the great work!

Same here, i am really looking forward to the Kinetic maxxpro, legend's Mrap is wonderful but I am not ready for the full resin kit yet, it is kind of painful to cut out all the resin parts from the blocks.
