The tracks are by Fruil. They are white metal and come with a spool of wire to be used for the track pins. Sometimes they include drive sprockets and idler wheels. They run about $30 a set and look very realistic since the white metal has a nice natural sag to it. Some of our advertisers above carry Fruil metal tracks.

Hi. These Fruilmodel tracks are nothing short of fantastic. The only drawback to them is once you try a set, nothing else will do on any model you get afterwards. They are that nice.

R and J Products handles them as well. http://www.rjproducts.com

Take care, sgirty

I bought a set for my T-55. They are great. The weight of the metal makes them lay down on the roadwheels and sag too. I'll Never use anything else.

The only problem I have with the Friul tracks is that now each tank I build HAS to be my best effort. You would not want to put 30 dollar tracks on a piece of junk! Oh well, I never wanted a house in Florida anyway. I am broke and will probably stay broke as long as there are TANKS TO BE BUILT!

lol capnjock.... :-)

I have the same problem... Friul should put a warning label on the package, "WARNING - Use of this track set may cause insanity. May also cause an allergic reaction to vinyl...."

I must admit that I spend more money getting Friuls for the kits in my stash, than I do on new models. They are flat out awesome!

Later-
Jeff
