looks like a ex-soviet republic. from the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea shores, Kirgiz, Uzbek, Turkmen, Ossetia,Georgia...

Hi,
according to Michail Bartinskiy's book "T-72. Uralskaja bronja protiv NATO". This pictures shows an T-72 of the 201 Motor-rifle-Divison. This photo was taken at the 9th of may 1992 in Dushanbe.
