Even a 1:1 scale version wouldn't cost that much

My wife might kill me if I buy that. Something odd about Amazon- if you look at some of the Japanese sellers, their model prices are $200-$600 for a $50 kit.

Not Just Amazon but e-bay too. I hope Amazon and e-bay charge an outrages listing fee to go along with the extremely over inflated prices they are asking. They are going to have to because people are just going to stop going to e-bay and amazon when you can get much better prices buying from a well known online hobby shop.

Guys, go back and read the tongue in cheek review on the amazon listing! It sums it up pretty well! And hey, hurry and make an offer, the seller only has 4 left!

I don't see why everyone is complaining, they are offering free-shipping! It's a bargain!

Free shipping? Man, that is going to be cutting into their profit margins

At that price I'd at least expect a tube of glue to be included!

And personal delivery service by a gorgeous Blonde, Brunette, Redhead, and six others equally "smokin'!" With tickets to four of my favorite bands and backstage passes, and lots of Guinness. Heck, throw in a shoe shine for grins.

p.s. I did find the review useful.

Perhaps the sellor has lexdixiz fingers!

But, hay!
At least Amazon includes "Also available from..." on the page!
There is an ebay vendor in the UK who is selling individual parts from the Tamiya 35111 German Infantry Weapons Set, a pair for £1.99, US$3.00, but free posting!
WTF? that makes it about £50.00 US$76.00 a box!

Available from £5.48/US$8.33 for the whole set, from OTHER People...
