Hi people!

This is my finnished RG-31 that I made to OIF campaign.

It is almost OOB, I just used some antennas borrowed from my "Buffalo Project".

I hope you like.

Comments are very welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Very nice!!

Especially like the base and the military styled letters, but overall the truck looks fantastic.

Very nice.
The check point sign doesn't seem to sit right and maybe some weathering on the wood frame.A couple of figures also wouldn't hurt to bring it more to life.

It looks really good overall. Nice paint and layout. The only thing I see off is the poster on the outside of the barriers. It looks like Yasser Arafat, not any Iraqi leader.

But there is an Sadan Hussein poster (I get it in Google).

Cheers!

Nice job Marco! I like it but you should have chipped the chassis and bottom hull a bit, I can see a lot of chipped paint in my reference pictures in those places.

But thats just one small point from my side! you can be proud of the final result!

Thank you Olivier and Boris!

I will start my Buffalo next year for the extreme trucks campaign. I do not know if I will use the Lion Roar slat armor. I do not know if I can do that thing.

Boris, you are right, but it's too late now. All the lower parts are covered with pigments.

Cheers!

I am waiting to get my kit in back in stock so I can start the kit. I hope mine comes out half as great as yours. I like the interior shots. Is there any PE for this kit or resin.

Happy modeling

Very nicely done, Marco.
I wouldn't worry about the chipping. I'm sure references are out there with chipping, but mine (the ones used to design the kit) show an absence of chipping, so...modeler's preference on that one.

Thank you guys!

Your opinion is very important to me. I consider you all great modellers.

Willian, as far as I can know, there are only some tires to RG-31.

Cheers!

Thank you Edson!

As I said, this is a easy kit to build. No big problems.

Obrigado, espero ver o seu por aqui em breve.

Cheers!

Well to put it in simple terms, I like it a lot! Well painted, well weathered, and the base has that realistic dusty look on it

excellent work on your RG-31! The subtle weathering looks very convincing

p.s. the Buffalo Lion Roar set is not too difficult to assemble, and looks amazing finished. the cd from Rob would be very helpful to properly detail it, the pics are taken with the modeler in mind.
