Model Factory Hiro has announced a 1/35 Tiger I late model that has many metal parts in it, but it is not a full metal kit. You can see it here.
There were some older Unimax toys in 1/32 that were mostly metal as well.
Just out of curiosity, why are you looking for metal tanks in this scale?

Hi Michael, just make a quick search on google and look after "MINICHAMPS 1:35", you will find Tigers, Panthers, Leopards and also some softskins in 1:35, all are ready made and painted Die-Cast models. They are not in their official 2013 catalogue anymore, obviously out of production, but they are still available on ebay and in some shops.
I just fixed some Leopard 2 models which I bought as "scrap", you can find them on the homepage of panzerbaer.de, just go into their forum and search for "Leopard Minichamps", or just perform a google-search for "minichamps leopard stephan", you should find them.
I like them, because they are heavy.
Best regards / Stephan
