Hello, can anybody help me to identify this road sign. It is from tamiya road sign set.

Rasto, the Tamiya road sign set (#35067) has that sign. The picture on the front of the box has the sign pointing to the right (which appears to be where your photo was taken from), while the picture on the back of the box has the same sign pointing to the left. See pics below for what I mean.
