IDF D9R on a US M1070&M1000 combination?

Hi guys!

Im gonna start my D9R build today and want it on top of my M1000 trailer.
Now I personally think the D9R from the IDF looks more impressive with its color and gun on top etc.
so my question, would it be realistic to put a IDF D9R on an US M1000 trailer?
I don't think so but I might be surprised!

Hi Boris,

It's highly unlikely that an IDF D9 would be carried by US HET, unless it was part of a joint excercise, but I'm not aware of any excercise involving heavy armour and tank transporters between the US and the IDF.

The IDF did however buy a single HET for trials, so it's not completely impossible that at some point a D9 found it's way onto the back of one! The link below shows the IDF stele registration number on the front.
