Hi everyone. I am working on a clone of the Anneliese King Tiger in Hungary (with a few small alterations). I noticed its crew is wearing the winter smock both with the white shell showing and the blotchy, splinter camouflage showing. I have tried painting blotch camouflage with no luck. The blotches usually turn out too large for 1/35 and seem awfully dark compared to photos I've seen. I have the Vallejo set with the camouflage colors. I like the paint. Any ideas or tips? Thanks a million. Alex

You could try decals. I believe Shinsengumi has what you are looking for.
