Would anyone share me a good photo of a Thompson .45 cal MG clip storage (located inside the M-10 TD turret)? Also are there any clear drawings of this clip storage in any books? I mean about this storage on the right rear (inside) of the turret.
My Academy M-10 kit is devoid of that part in the box. I thought that storage for Thompson ammo clips might be similar to the ammo rack for Sten MG ammo in Academy Achilles kit (which I also have). But after reading all my books on U.S. TD’s (Concord one and Militaria one) and after studying photos in AFV Interiors webpage I realized that construction of these two racks was different. Lack of material prevents me from scratchbuilding that Thompson’s ammo rack for my M-10, so any help will be greatly appreciated , guys.
