Hi,everybody,this is my first build ww2 german armor.This is a good kit from academy korea,hope you like it...cheers
1/the box...


2/out of box and started to build...





primer coat...

painting,washing&paint-chipping....

wash:i used''burn-umber''pastel and mix them with water to make a wash liquid

chipping(i mixed german grey&khakhi drab together to made chipping color)
...
and now...this is a finished model...(drum roll)....and...
tadaaaaaaa....









...oopss maybe i used too much wathering and dirt...

Very nice!! I love Academy kits, they're cheap, good detail & go together sweetly. Some have mentioned they have historical errors on them.

yeah,the academy kits good,but if you build the interior model of tiger tank from academy,you can see they have some problems between the interior and the exterior:if you assembly the interior maybe the exterior of the tank can't fitted together easily,and decals is hard to applied on the model without mark setter&softer.So with this case(my tiger),I have my own way to treat academy decals without setter&softer liquid...I used the paper glue and mixed together with water until it become to condensed,after that,i used the small brush and spread this mixed on the place I want to applied the decal...But wherever the academy kits still a good choice for a newbie modellers like me.

great work, I have to say that the decals look very clean, maybe you can weather them a bit
