The SF operator looks excellent! It doesn't look like the one on Evolutions website though. I'll ask Menelay about that and if he plans on making other ones.

There will be more SF figures in the series, but Sergey still did not say how many. I will let you know when I get the answer as I'm interested in those as well. The thing I do know is there will be a SF sniper coming along soon.

The SF figure is very nice. All their modern figures are great and I'm collecting them all. Glad to hear that there's still more to come.
I wish all these figure manufacturers would make an insurgent/paramilitary/civilian figure... just one every now and then!

Gotta love that Soviet in the greatcoat - he looks like one humorless, tough bastard!
I like the painted/unpainted comparison pics of the figure on the review too.

Very nice Figures Menelay and i personelly love the SF Figure. We canĀ“t get enough of these great looking ones. Reminds me a Little bit of your older Figure with the SAW. This one together with the last of your SF Figures (running one) will be looking great. Now we Need some kneeling/lying Figures in aiming/shooting position too or some more Delta Force Figures for Somalia. Also more NAM stuff from you will be always welcome ;-).

That's something I'm hoping for as well. I know Sergey had plans for doing a whole series of Black Hawk Down figures, but only one is released so far.

I think it is set 2 for the SF guy because he has already done one group of SF figures that go together, my guess is this is the start of the second group.

The start of the second group was 35076 - US Special Forces Operation in Fight, Afghanistan 2001-2003. The release covered in this news story is 35085 - US Special Forces Operator in Fight, Afghanistan 2001-2003 (Set 2).
