whats the box on the back of the turret with duck tape on the corners? The pic is on the box.

That is the turret mounted Auxilary Power Unit (APU). A small generator used to power the hydraulics when the engine is off.

Most of them do, now, but still not all. This APU replaced the hull mounted one that should also be in your abrams kit. It is a matter of fitting them for it mostly. It requires some time and money to do so and not all units have that particular resource at the moment. This is an opinion, however, as I am not a tanker.
