Hi all,I'm ready to buy the Meng Doobi and I would know if,besides the Desert Eagle Publ.,is there on the market something like walkarounds, dedicated books ando so on...
I know that the net is full of photos but I would know if is there some of more organized and modeler-friendly.

Cheers
Ciro

I posted this on another thread as well. You can see my D9R walkaround on my Photobucket page. It is the civilian version, but I concentrated on the hydraulics, which are apparently something the kit needs. My account name is 18Bravo_photos

I can't access Photobucket right now because it's a media sharing site. I have several folders in my library - one is called D9R.

Seems Photobucket can't find you:

A direct link would be best when you get a chance!

I wish I could help you but I can't right now. It should be available to you. The good news you can do the build and when you're finished I'll be home in a few weeks and can just send the photos if all else fails. I'm surprised I even have access to this site.

Ciro, its not you. I looked through all of Robert's available photos and didn't see anything that resembled a D9R.

Two USMC D9R dozers :

This one is called "Earth Pig" :

Full size

and the one is "Golda" (this nickname and some IDF-looking features like the overall color or the red painted interior door handle make me think this may be one of the 14 armored dozers bought from Israel in 2003...) :

Full size
