Lots of pictures on Google .Sorry can't post pictures , my teenager moved out . Tank hatch usually body color , with the odd one in white . That exhaust on the rear curved plate is a convoy / brake light , red in color

Yeah, the hatch should be the same color as the rest of the tank, with white around the rim of the opening on the tank roof.

Hatch is all green on inside. Yes rust the exhausts and I would remove the spare track mounting brackets. Some useful pics here:
