I have the Tristar German tank crew set http://www.super-hobby.es/zdjecia/8/6/5/1697_rd.jpg

Can I use these figures in the campaign of France?, specially with this kind of cap?.

Hi
By order HM 40, No. 429, dated 27 March 1940, new field caps for panzer troops were introduced. By order HM 41, No. 64, dated 15 January 1941, the black panzer beret was abolished. So there would be a fair bit of cross over time when both would have been in use.
