Hi all
Does anyone know of any way to add gages and instruments faces to a Dash board?

scale a pic of the dashboard down using photoshop. Then use a punch and punch out the instruments and glue them in place. When dry use a toothpick and put a drop or two of clear gloss varnish on them to seal them off.

You can even place the photoshop reduced image as on overlay for a piece of thin styrene, punch through the styrene and place the card over the original dash. This will give you depth and you can really add a nice drop of gloss or varnish in the recess.
Or go a step further - do an instrument sandwich. bottom bread = original dash, sandwich 'stuff' is the photo shop printed instrument panel with dials, needles, and numbers etc, top bread = the sheet styrene with holes cut out as an overlay.

If the detail is there, put a spot of black paint in the circe then dry brush white. I like the picture idea, just real hard to find pictures of the dash to do that with. Does Archer have a decal set of dash gages?
