I am looking to buy some of the above diorama/vehicle accessories. I know Meng and Live Resin do the water bottles but who does koolers and like items.

Pro Art Models does a nice set. Check them out - a lot of other nice accessories as well.

Here are two other options for you.

DEF Model - coolers and bottles

Commander Models - Coolers and modern accessories

The masters for these were done by Armorama's "Mother". I picked up a couple sets of these, you can't tell from the photos but a couple of the coolers have separate lids.

Real Model sells a "Drink Set" which includes 3 x 2 resin cast Coleman Cooler and 32 PET bottles (http://realmodel.cz/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=garden_flypage.tpl&product_id=337&category_id=19&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=79). I have the kit and have been a bit disappointed by the cast of the coolers which needed some work up. The bottles are nice. Decals are not included.
If you are one of the lucky ones to posses a MENG Pick up then you get cooler and bottles with it. The cooler is easy to assemble and looks good.
