Hi folks,
Does anyone know if the British Naval 4 inch HA Cannon was deployed in the defence of Singapore?
Also any info on Coastal Defence in the UK with the US 4 inch HA gun?
I have a thread running on Shipwrights and research so far would indicate that the US version was deployed both on merchant shipping and with some coastal defence batteries in the UK but I can't find any specifics.

Many thanks

Four of these were deployed in Western Australia, although that version seems to have been without the shield.
Still looking for confirmation of UK deployments but there are a lot of sites to trawl through.
Anyway built with a figure for scale. This is the US 4inch/50cal (102mm) Gun, the Mk 9 I believe.

Thanks HP.
I did a review of the kit for Shipwrights

Still looking for my UK location though as I though the Bronco Bofors Crew would be very suitable figs.
The Australian deployments seem to have been without the shield.
This is the one at beacon Battery WA in 1943
