Could you be more specific about he type of animal?
Tamiya, Doug's Originals, Masterbox, Mantis, Historex, Andrea, and any number of other companies, such as Britains and Breyers have non regular scale animals. The model railroad empire also has many animals.

Yes, I'm sorry that without more precise input, nobody could offer any valuable assistance (and nothing you could actually find easily on the web!!)
Cheers

Hi, Joel,
Try this one:
http://www.schleich-s.com/de/CH/Neuheiten/farm_life/?tx_scatalog_pi1%5Bperiod%5D=1356994800&cHash=c0d15170f5ba881f055c46b8258f2d36
or
http://www.farmtoysonline.co.uk/small-size-farm-animals-132-scale/c148
Excellent stuff. Older models bring even quite some money after years.
Furthermore, Britains can be found on eBay.
Good luck!

Hi, Joel,
Than you should go for Schleich.
They use professional sculptures for their animals.
Go to any toy shop and try to find some. They look realy lifelike.
