Is it true that MIG and AK oil paints contain much less linseed oil than Winsor & Newton oil paints?

I can only speak for Mig Productions oils- in my experience they do have a good bit less linseed oil than W&N paints.

Then, I'll probably buy some AK or MIG oil colors. Sometimes, it's a hassle to leave W&N oils on a cardboard to remove excess linseed oils for hours.

The same thing is recommended for mig oil based paints the ABT 502 , squeeze them on to cardboard . The less oils the faster they dry .

I've ordered 10 MIG oil colors. I just have to try them.

you will be happy with them . you can thin them down and make washes with them . the pigments are fine and will stay in suspension for a long time

I received 10 MIG oils today. They do contain less linseed oil than W&N oils and can be thinned with Mona Lisa mineral spirits really well. I applied washes on a junk model, and they dried dead flat. 10 tubes will last for a long, long time. Money well spent!
