Would these Russians be appropriate for a Stalingrad scene? I know naval soldiers were sometimes found in inland battles.

The Mamayaev (?) Kurgan (large burial mound hill in south Stalingrad) was the scene of continuous fighting between German infantry and Russian naval infantry. Zvezda also has a set of well sculpted Naval Troops which will go nicely with the Masterbox sets.
