If you're asking what out of the bottle paints are the correct spec colors..well...there are none. If you Google search "US WW2 Tank Crew" you'll get a zillion images of both miniature and real life tank crewmen and their uniforms, and you'll immediately notice that no two are exactly the same.
For US WW2 uniforms both tanker and infantry, I paint rather like an oil painter on a canvas...I have a 6 cup tray with all the base colors and mix on a palette by eye...Using Testors OD Flat, Field Drab, Dark Tan, Sand, and flat black and white, I come up with the various Olive Drabs, "Khaki", Tan, and browns I need. So many contractors made US uniforms that there are endless variations of color and tone..they're ALL supposed to be the same specification, but that rarely happens.
Not trying to boggle you...otherwise, just follow what the kit manufacturer recommends..
