I agree - until you start looking at the details. Since they insist on using so many of the same components in almost all of their kits, there's going to be some inconsistent design.
Also look at the other photos at the bottom of the Service Station listing - enlarged. They will have multiple wall castings joining in the middle of a wall, with no attempt to camoflage it. Columns in the corners strangely end before reaching the actual roof. You could make it look realistic/good with a lot of word - otherwise, it just looks silly snd fake.

Italeri make some 1/72 buildings. Minimum parts count with reasonable detail, although wall sections are pretty thick (guess they were going for scale thickness!).

Airfix has a range of 1/76 resin buildings their ok with 1/72 reasonable price as well. Im getting their French cafe to go with a Zvedza 1/72 88mm anti tank gun.

I would have mentioned the Airfix resin buildings, but the door height look more like they were made for HO scale RR. Old Airfix plastic buildings were much better, if they can still be found.

Reality in Scale makes some very nice resin accessories and building vignettes in 1/72.
