Hello all,
I am no expert on Soviet armour, so thought I would ask for some advise here.
I am interested in building a BTR-70 as used during the Soviet-Afghanistan war in the 80's, but am not sure which model would be best as a starting point.
Which one of the Trumpeter BTR-70 kits would be the most suitable, the early or late version?
Any other mods required to the appropriate kit to make it into an Afghanistan War version?
Thanks in advance,
Sven

I saw that set and was wondering if it was for the Trumpeter kit or the older kit. Also, did most Late BTR-70s have this while in Afghanistan? Thanks
