I'm currently building Revell's LVT A1 and am unsure about the rust effects I shall apply. For some reason, I don't seem to be able to lay my hands on good reference photos showing the most common places where rust would appear on these vehicles. I would have expectedto see heavy rust on them due to the salted sea water. Right?

On a similar note, I'm new to weathering tracked vehicles, so I was wondering whether you could suggest some solutions for simulating the sand on the tracks (specially the colour) and the streakes on the grey-blue surface?
