This video contains a picture of a truck with two containers on it headed out on patrol. What are they and does anyone make a kit for them? Thanks for your help.

At 2:32 in the video, the MTVR has two QuadCons on it. The QuadCon is a small connex that opens on both sides and is about 5' wide. Four of them connect together to make a standard 20' container.
QuadCon info
No one makes one in 1/35 that I know of. Italeri does make a 1/35 20' ISO Container though. It would look close, just bigger.

Mark,
What I think you are referring to are the small shipping containers strapped to the flatbed truck. Correct? If so, Italeri makes a 20ft container which may be a little bigger than you were looking for.

Thanks fore all the replys. I was wondering what all they carried in those quadcons, two on one truck? From the looks of the stack of water on the bed in between they must be planning a long patrol.
