Do any of you Panzer-guys know if the 1:35 scale Aber gunbarrel 35L48 (75mm Kwk 40 L/48 for the Pz. IV ausf.J final version) fits the latest Dragon panzer IV J's? I have only seen it used on Tamiya's IV aufs J.

I can't tell you for sure, but it's rare to find any barrel that can't be adapted, especially with the Mk IV's design.
