I just ordered the Trump BTR-80 and was wondering if the ET Model BTR-70 Late wheel set would work for the BTR-80. I did some searching and it seemed the wheels are the same, but I wanted to make sure before ordering the wheels. Thanks

Hi Jason;
The Basic Tire is the same, but the Hubs are different.
Most BTR-80 use a armored hub or cap that protects the inner portion of the wheel.
The BTR-70 most often seen have a different hub, or un-armored ! I cant speak about the ET set as I haven't seen it. I purchased the Miniarm set for both of my Old Dragon BTR-70&80 ! They are Super Nice and have the Correct Tire Tread Pattern and are more accurate size wise.
Good Luck with your kit; Cheers, MIKE.

Hi;
The Un-Armored Hubs are just a Lil-bet different between the 70&80. The Hubs have a Tire Pressure Regulation system that's built into the Hub inner works that's controlled by the driver.
Im not sure if the Miniarm set is made for the Trumpeter set also, if not it would be easy too modify them too fit the axle. SP Design I think make a set also and you could ask JD as he knows a lot about SP Design sets,
CHEERS; MIKE.
