Also MIG Productions palestinians 1:35 could work. I think nearly every more guerilla looking Figure could be used for this with changing heads.

Evolution Miniatures has two Fighter too and with changing the heads you can use them as Freedom Fighters.
Also they have an extremist Figure and with another head it should work and the russian FSB Special Forces Figure EM-35004 too.
