I love these Soviet sailor kits but I have one concern? How am I going to paint that striped sailor shirt?

Thanks for the review!
Another masterclass piece from MBLtd.
Nathe: by being absolutely sober!
Just kidding: I have painted Russian sailors as following:
I did not attach the arms if the would cover a part of the torso while painting.
First, after a basic coating, I painted the shirts white and put the shadows and high lights where needed.
Than I let them dry for two days, to be sure that the paint was completely dry and would stick to the model.
Than, I cutted very smal stripes of Tamiya tape and put them on the white torso. Here, you have to be very patiened and sober!
I is a job, which requires absolutely relaxation and no screeming kids in the neighbourhood! To avoid
After controlling the distances, I have painted the blue parts, with highlights and shadows.
But, I admit, it not something to repeat every day!

Another winner! I really like the animated position of the figures of this set.

Would love to see build review of this. The animation looks great, but will the plastic figures look as good? Would be a fantastic little scene on its own.

This is exactly the advice I would give! Also works for Scotish kilt on Dragon Canadian/Scot bagpiper figure in set#?! Seems like we are working towards one helluva battle scene at Sebastopole!!! Major battle lines!! Any file photos of this?
Cheers for scale realism poses!!!

Once more..seems Master Box is the only company who responds to my lamentations! Bravo! Figures in combat! Bravo! Picture my boundless joy! I'll buy every kit they make with Germans or Americans in action poses!
