Hello guys
I am relatively new to modern vehicles and LAV is one of my favourites. With so many kits available these days I'm confused which one to choose. Since all of them are by Trumpeter my first concern is fit of parts with accuracy being close second. I'd like to have a 'standard' (that is, equipped with normal, non-antitank turret) version of the vehicle, and ready to invest into AM wheels and PE, plus a conversion set if necessary.
What would be your suggestions?

It's all up to you in fact as all the kits are quite good and build without headaches as you state in your title.
Considering you intend to add some AM stuff on it, first make your decision about the time frame you want to depict your LAV in then you can choose among the three LAV kits: initial, SLEP and A2.
If you want to be more exotic, there also is the ASLAV and you surely can build a Coyote from the Trumpy LAV.
