Hi All,
I’ve just got hold of a couple of ICMs new Moskvitch 401-420 with the intention of putting them into a diorama as a couple of parked staff cars, however ICM s instructions state that they are 1950's versions or at least the transfer options say 1950's. So my question, is my assumption that as the real car is a Dutch copy of the German Opel can I use it in my WW2 diorama or are ICM correct and it’s into the 50's for me?
Any help will be gratefully received.

Its a Russian car from the 1950's (though initial production of early versions started in 1946). It's a modified version of the wartime Opel Kadett, not sure just how different it is.

Russian version is post war. They took the whole production line as war reparations. Differences are prolly minimal if any besides emblems. You'd still be better off with some wartime production cars, even german ones as beute staff cars.
