Very impressive! Looks like you had a lot of fun building it. It must have taken forever to source the figures. Speaking of the figures, you make want to add a little depth of color. Add some shadows and highlights to the uniforms.

Many thanks for your comments, point taken.
That was my biggest problem, the figures, there is a very limited figures on the market Re German Naval personnel.
I usally build 1/16 scale you can have a look at the website of my club, go to articles, there you will find some more dioramas done by me.

That is certainly a whole lot of work!! That would take me about 5 years to finish I think! Great job on a very cool and interesting topic. I really appreciate all of the nice added details and scratchbuilding.

Very stunning job! While your project already turns into reality, similar project idea still stagnate in my dream: one day I hope I able to create combined diorama representing whether among Heer & Kriegsmarine component or maybe among Heer & Luftwaffe... Too many hours spending in office everyday! But thanks for sharing mate, truly inspiring, and full salute. Hope my dream comes true

Agree on the shading of the uniforms. Easily mended IMHO.
Some of the detail is certainly worth a couple of close-up photos, don't you think!
