So far I only have seen some Merkava IV without some portions of the balls or some chains missing for some reasons but not the entire system.

I've got a Merk III on the shelf that won't get built because of them.

Hi Guys;
A VERY Long time ago when Tamiya came out with there Merkava I scratched built the rear turret basket with the B & C. I used Costume Jewelry chain and #3 Shot from a Shotgun shell, I took my time and put together twenty six sets of C & B ! Yes it took a little time, but the end result was worth it. Now if I can do it, So can you

I used the ET models set for my Merk IV and the assembly was not that difficult.Each ball has a hole in which you glue the PE hook. Then the hook is hooked to the chain. The chain is fixed to the frame by a length of PE which depicts the shackle present on the actual system.
It is time consuming but paradoxally builds quite quick.
