I am looking for the Sd.Kfz. number assigned to the Schwerer Wehrmachtschlepper or S.W.S.

I have two variants and was wondering.......I have checked the lists out but cannot find them listed.

as i know there was no Sd.Kfz. number assigned. The short was sWS

As Harald indicated, the sWS didn't have a Sd.Kfz number assigned. However, the standard sWS carrier, 3.7cm FlaK aus sWS and 15cm Panzerwerfer 42 (Zehnling) aus sWS all shared the "Gerat 71" designation.
