Can some of you guys please tell me, did the Panzerkampfwagen IV J have steel wheels during 1944 [Normandy]?

No, the steel wheels were used on vehicles that were nose heavy like the Panzer IV/70, Panzer IV/70(A) and the Sturmpanzer IV.

I ageree with Paul, only some of the panzer IV variants had steel wheels but none of the standard mark IV models.
