If you can still find them, Dragon has a figure set called Aachen 1945 with a kneeling medic tending to a semi-reclining wounded figure, and an older set of medics with a medic supporting a walking wounded and another wounded on a stretcher. These might be out of production. Masterbox has a set of German prisoners with some walking wounded, and another set of four Germans carrying a wounded buddy on a shelter quarter. Back to Dragon, they have a set of winter paras in padded snowsuits with one guy supporting a walking wounded. If you're just looking for a medic, any suitable kneeling figure with appropriate equipment could be modified for the job.
