Have problems with clogging in my Iwatea HP-CH, using life colour & their thinner 80-20 mix glogged up after 10min, added windex still clogging

Using AK interactive rust set same mix 80-20 using tap water & some windex still clogging.

Just brought some vallejo thinner can I use that with the AK interactive paints??

Firstly, Windex should not be used as a thinner....it contains
ammonia and this breaks down the binders used in acrylics.

Try thinning your paint a little more.

What needle size are you using?

I am using a .3 needle & nozzle

OK .....I think you should dilute your paint a little more,then.

Also keep a thinner soaked QTip close by, as acrylics do dry at the tip and need to be wiped off periodically.

The addition of a retarder may also help but start with
diluting more say 70/30 and see how that goes.
