Love the "Winter Patrol" dio-in-a-box idea. Stalingrad is eating Alpine's lunch, so they have responded!

Best wishes for the next 10 years!
Alpine counts among the best figures on the market no doubt!
And their gorgeous photos of figures painted by true artists help to keep the sales up!
Cheers

Congrats on your anniversary, Alpine and Taesung!
As always, the new releases are beautifully sculpted and painted.
I really do wish you would turn your considerable talents to some other subjects, though. I know that German, in particular WSS camouflage, sells and pays the bills, but with the centenary anniversary of WWI, some figures from that conflict with the "Alpine touch" would be most welcome.
I've spent many unproductive hours over the last couple of weeks looking for AEF figures, in particular well-sculpted infantry or US tankers, to no avail. The same for French infantry and tankers...
There are some fantastic WWI tanks coming down the pipe, but few, if any, quality figures to go with them. Seems like an opportunity to excel, Alpine!
Happy 10th, nevertheless, and I wish you many more successful decades ahead!

Taesung, if you or your sculptors start acting on that interest, I would be happy to share photos and other information on AEF uniforms. Here are a couple of "happy snaps" of the WWI portion of my personal uniform collection.
I would be more than willing to provide detailed information in the way of photos on the construction, manufacture, dimensions, materials, methods of attachment, etc, for any of the items in my holdings. If you're ever interested, just shoot me a PM here or contact me on our AMPS club email (link in my signature block).
There are growing number of 1/35 WWI figures becoming available, but most are British or German-Austro-Hungarian with some Russian also appearing. However, high quality US AEF and French figures are essentially non-existent.
Happy modeling!

First i want to gratulate Alpine and Taesung to their "little" Birthday. Their Figures are really brilliant and one of the best on the market.
So now i have some critic. Itīs a real pitty and shame that Alpine does not send one set of the S0003 -"Winter Patrol" to Germany because all sets are sold out and it wasnīt planned to send some sets to german shops too. So the 10th Celebration has a bitter taste for me and my fellow German modelers. Some guys has pre-order these and now they only get their money back form the shops because they canīt send them to the customers. That is not good business at all.
Only some inspiration for the future...
Bye, bye
Stefan

200 sets can not be distributed around the world evenly.
