Does anyone know what differences are between the two Eduard PE sets for the M60A1?

Set #35431 is for the Tamiya model, and appears to be a good basic set for improving the kit details. It appears to be suitable for either the M60A1 and M60A3, and the hull details should work for the M60A2.

Set #35448 is for the Academy model, and includes Express Masks. The only addition it appears to have over the other set is the M60A3 LRF cover, and some details for the searchlight (non-US?).

Does anyone know more about these sets? I am curious whether there is some scale difference between the models that makes the sets imcompatible, or will they both work with either model? Any other comments about the sets are welcome.
