I posted few times about cromwell models' big delay of shipping.
It's already 2years and 7months.

I DO NOT think this industry is NOT special than others.
I ordered goods on 2nd, April, 2011. is it normal process on Cromwell Models?
Here's the email of Gordon Brown, Cromwell's owner.
Always he doesn't answer to me. Just he emailed when he needed.
I promised to myself I'll post this kinds of text until I receive goods well.
Sorry for bordering members on Armorama. But I need to know Cromwell modles always do this. It's 2 and half years passed.

Of course, I always replied to his email immediately.

I think he don't need to email like 11th, Oct.
It's waste of time.
Actually, it looks he has no willing to send goods to me. Isn't it?

Hi
It looks like his normal service if this is anything to go by.

Been going on for years.
It's such a pity because He makes some very nice kits.
Hope he has changed & you eventually get what you have ordered.

This is just The kind of SOB he is. Try Google Gordon Brown and 1000 of 1000 sites will show you his true character.

Se this on ( only as an example of the 1000s) http://www.network54.com/Forum/47211/thread/1327360897/Gordon+Brown+%26amp%3B+Cromwell+Models+-+A+Warning+to+all.

I am just one out of hundreds who have been let down by him

Probably better to buy from a retailer who does have what you want in stock.

I do not make it my business to question other businesses about poor service unless I have been wronged by them.
This particular company as I see doesn't rely on customer service and its up to the consumer to see that. In this business as well as many others the treatment of a customer eventually makes or break you. I personally would make things right immediately whether I was right or wrong because you see here what the end results are. I pride myself in customer service because word of mouth is king.
(see how fast word travels here!)
I google any company that is new to me and If I see more then one negative I go elsewhere.
