You already have something that we will never ever get, You can fit more models (unbuilt or built) into any given space than we can. The space occupied by one built 1/35 Pz IV (only an example) will fit 4 (four) 1/72 Pz IV's.
There is no way that this situation will change, for as long as the current universe lasts ;-)
